Dunbar Pest Control

Terms of Service

These terms cover booking and receiving pest control service from Dunbar Pest Control and using this website.

Booking and arrival windows

When you book, we schedule you on the day we're working your neighborhood and give you an estimated arrival window. Windows are estimates: earlier stops can run long, and we'll text you if we're running late. You can reschedule or cancel by text or phone (see Cancellations & refunds).

Prices and estimates

Prices shown on our booking pages are starting prices or ranges. Your final price depends on what we find (size of the property, how severe the problem is, entry points to seal). For larger jobs we'll give you a quote before starting work. We won't add charges you haven't agreed to.

Access, pets and safety

Please give us safe access to the areas we're treating (gate codes, secured pets, clear paths). We'll explain what we're applying and how long to keep people and pets out of treated areas; please follow those instructions. Tell us about allergies, pregnancies, aquariums, beehives or anything else we should know before we treat.

Results

Pest control reduces and manages pest activity; it can take more than one visit, and some problems (for example, rodents with open entry points) need repairs or exclusion work to fully resolve. If pests come back between regular service visits, text us and we'll work with you on it.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is done unless your invoice says otherwise. We accept card, Apple Pay and Cash App through our invoice link, and cash or check at the visit.

Recurring service plans

Plans renew visit by visit on your neighborhood's schedule. You can pause or cancel a plan at any time by text or phone; there's no cancellation fee.

Website

We work to keep this site and our booking pages accurate and available, but they're provided as-is. Please don't misuse them (for example, by submitting fake requests or trying to break them).
